Thank you soooo much - look at these examples of productivity improvements with GuestCentrix; A multi day quotation including faxing documents took approximately 15 minutes as opposed to the 30 minutes it would have taken on our old system Updating a simplistic Event Order for a 2 day meeting took 10 minutes, as opposed to at least 30 minutes previously Updating a complicated multi day function Event Order took 3 hours - that would have been approximately a full day's work in the past Switching between booking details, merge documents, reports and previewing is instantaneous, Less compulsory data fields in GuestCentrix means less data entry time

After 3 to 4 years of dissatisfaction with our old PMS, we had to find a solution which suited our needs. As Scotland’s first and only Football Club Hotel, a modern 4-star property with a state-of-the-art conference centre, our demands are complicated but not dissimilar to many large hotels or catering operations, but trying to find a PMS which fulfilled all of our needs was not easy. After thoroughly researching 6 different systems, GuestCentrix was the obvious choice both for functionality and value for money. There was one other system which had the functionality but was four times the price! GuestCentrix seems to take a very common sense approach and is very user friendly. GuestCentrix has great features, and not only does it take a fraction of the time to make a reservation but it helps us to recognise our best customers at a glance, manage our customer relationships better and tracks where our business comes from more accurately. Reporting is extremely important and GuestCentrix has plenty of reports to monitor the business, many of which we had customised to meet our precise needs. The installation was a very involved, the installation team got to know our business and suggested the appropriate configuration to ensure it was as easy to use and as effective as possible. They communicated with our other suppliers to ensure that all the systems integrate to allow billing of all our services with absolutely no effort on our part. And as time goes on GuestCentrix seems to get even better. We now think of our old PMS as being back in the Stone Age!
