InnGenius.Net is a browser based property management system (PMS) designed specifically to cater for the needs of smaller sized properties such as farm-stays, guest houses and Bed & Breakfast. This system will for the first time provide these types of properties with a level of management that has generally only been available to larger commercial hospitality operators.
InnGenius.Net is housed on our secure Servers, so that there is no software that needs to be loaded at the property – you just need a PC with a browser, such as MS Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc. You then just subscribe to the system, configure your own property, and you then have a one month trial period with free access to the system. After the trial period, access to InnGenius.Net is by a monthly subscription, where you pay for as many months in advance as suits you (minimum of 3 though). If you go away on a well deserved holiday you can let the InnGenius.Net subscription lapse, then take it up again when you return. A lapsed subscription just means that you can't make or change bookings. Because it is housed on our Servers your data is safe, and is backed up every day, automatically. |
