Individual Hotel Solution

GuestCentrix can be configured for individual hotels in a client server environment. The underlying Microsoft SQL server database & application files are installed on the server, and operator workstations connect via the Local Area Network.

Multi Property Distributed Solution

For Multi property requirements, GuestCentrix can be configured in a distributed environment. Each property has a local database on site which is replicated to a copy of the database at head office. This is very beneficial for sites where communication lines are unreliable. If communication lines go down, both the property and CRS Head office can still operate. When communication lines come back up, any new data at both sites is replicated and updated in each database. GuestCentrix can be access centrally and remotely.

Multi Property Centralised Solution

For multi property requirements, GuestCentrix can also be deployed over a thin client environment. The database and Citrix server are housed either at a head office location or remote site. Each site connects to the hotel database server over a Citrix thin client connection. Effectively this means all the application processing is done at a central location.
